Recently I have been diagnosed with arrithmia. What suggestions do you have re diet and nutrition? Exercise?

I really don't think we're in any position to give advice on that. Isn't that something you should discuss with your cardiologist?
There are many types of arrhythmia, some serious and some less serious, some with limitations regarding exercise and/or food and others not (I imagine).
For benign arrhythmias (which I have myself) I've read advice saying to lower caffeine intake and avoid stress. Stopping smoking is an obvious one as well for heart health. But I wouldn't feel comfortable giving any other advice, I loupent want to endanger anyone's health.0
