Not seeing results

I have a question about plateaus. I seem to be able to lose 10 pounds very quickly, then plateau at that weight for months and it seems impossible to lose, and after a while I start to gain. So I’m in this cycle of losing 10 pounds, plateau-ing, then gaining a few pounds back. I have tried body recomp, a reverse diet then cut, calorie deficits, nutrition plans on here, and other weight loss apps and nothing seems to work past the initial couple of pounds. Thoughts?
