Lack of variety

I have recently changed up my routine to help lose some fat without impact muscle gains. While I’m making good progress I am concerned that I eat little variety as I eat chicken, brown rice and a small selection of vegetables. I am taking a multi-vitamin to ensure I take in everything I need, but should I seek to add more variety into my diet?
