Post Menopause belly fat

Dear RD,

I am in my 60s, and post menopausal. I've always been able to lose belly fat by increasing exercise or reducing calories but nothing seems to be working anymore. I workout 45min to an hour 4 days a week. Also, ride bike, kayak and walk/hike in addition to workouts. I drink one or two alcohol drinks a day and eat 3 meals a day with occasional healthy snacks. What is better to do to lose belly fat? More calories burned or less calories eaten?
