In being diagnosed with NASH I would like to know the foods and drinks that will be beneficial as well as the absolute no no’s.

I went from NASH to Cirrhosis. The only advice I got was to eat more healthy, lose weight and quit smoking. All the usual stuff you get from doctors. So, I gave up my potato chips, pastries, pepsi, take out foods, and sugar. However, I do whatever else I want within reason, vegetables, meat, chicken, fish, fruit, and the odd piece of apple pie, no sugar added.
It's whatever got you there in the first place. I have lost almost 50 lbs in the past 14/15 months, all my blood work is excellent. I get scans every six months, there have been no changes and I'm feeling good. If it wasn't for the scans, I wouldn't even know I had cirrhosis. I was diagnosed in 2020. Good luck, hope you beat it.0
