Is there a certain time of day when fruits should not be eaten so as to lose weight? I am 55, exercising and eating right. I mostly stick to the 1209 calories limit but the last 14 pounds are really tough to get off. I’m not sure I’m eating enough in the day because I really feel like snacking after dinner. (Lower calorie stuff but still)

No, it doesn't matter when you eat what for weightloss. Satiety is a different matter though. Weight loss for the last few pounds will be slow. There are a few options: sit it out. Or eat a bit more and have a nice snack after dinner.0
