Healthy eating and exercising but still not losing weight

I'm feeling good about what I've been doing and eating and feel like I'm following the basic textbook of a healthy plan--but I have been completely stuck within the same 2 pounds for months now! I've tried increasing my calories (lowering wouldn't be healthy) and exercise to restart my metabolism and it seems like no matter what I do, my body loves this weight. Im sleeping, managing stress, and eating balanced meals with a bit higher protein, lower carb, though I cycle carb amounts. What are your suggestions?
