IDK, best how? If I'm on the go, a peanut butter and banana sandwich works just fine for me for breakfast.
I'm not gluten or dairy intolerant, so can't really help you there...I'm also not much of a snacker...if I have a snack it's usually in the late afternoon since I tend to eat dinner later and it's usually an apple or some almonds or something along those lines.
I wouldn't eat food I'm allergic to regardless of whether or not it affected weight loss (it doesn't to my knowledge)...you could get really sick or in the case of my youngest child, go into anaphylactic shock and potentially die.
Most people do not exercise to a level that really requires pre or post workout nutrition. Generally speaking, overall diet and calorie intake should be sufficient to support you being alive, going about your day to day, and a bit of regular exercise. Pre and post workout nutrition is largely a marketing gimmick and not really necessary for your average Joe/Jane working to stay fit and healthy.
The only time I gave it any consideration was when I was engaged in a lot of endurance cycling and that was namely to ensure I was getting in the calories I needed because I needed a lot of them and didn't want to stuff myself with meals. But really...I workout in the weight room a couple days per week during my lunch break and just eat lunch after...or I eat breakfast on a Sunday morning and then head out for a few hours of trail riding or MTB...then I have lunch. Or I get home from work and do a quick cycling workout on my trainer...then I have dinner sometime after that. Doing an hour or so of exercise daily doesn't really require any special pre or post nutrition.1
