Diet protein drinks and protein wafer bars

I am currently following a popular weight loss program that requires me to take their supplements and protein drinks and wafer bar meal replacements. They contain a lot of junk ingredients that I know aren’t good for me , but I am losing weight! What should I be doing in the long run?
Thank you,
Sonja

Well, first off, if the ingredients were THAT bad for you, they'd be sued for killing people and stuff.
Can you afford this program? Is is sustainable for you? Do you plan on going back to the way you used to eat after you've lost all the weight? Would you rather go the free way and count calories and probably have more variety in your diet (if you're into that) instead?
Only you can answer that.
