Hi my name is sonya and I am new to this. I have always struggled with my eating and need to rain it all in . I walk 10-13 k a day at work also lifting a lot but can’t seem to loose any weight. I am up at 1 am and drive for 1.5 hours each way to work and arrive home 3.30 ish pm and in bed by 6.30 pm . My eating at 1.30 am is not happening and my first break is 7.30-8 am sitting in my car for half hour. And then again at 11 am. So need some help as to how to eat properly with no heating of food, any ideas would much appreciated thanks
