Reactivating my account on account of pandemic weight gain. 10 years ago I used MFP to shed over 50 lbs and maintained for approx 8 1/2 years. Like a large percentage of people I had some pandemic weight gain and now it's time to get serious about being serious about my health again.
Always looking for friends to keep me accountable! :)
