Plateau

I’m in my 60’s , have joined a gym, use My Fitness Pal daily to log my meals, close my rings on my Fitness Workout, walk 4 miles a day. Since November I’ve lost 20 pounds, but have hit a plateau. What changes can I make to get my weight loss on track?
