I am joining the maintenance crowd for April! I have a question

I want to be able to complete the maintenance accountability post. How do I get my averages as people indicate? I do not have a premium account, so exporting is not an option. How do I get my average weight per week other than manually entering it into a spreadsheet or calculating it in addition to MFP? Thanks!
