I was told by a nutritionist that one effective way to consistently lose is to keep carbs at 45%, protein 45% and fat at 10% of daily intake.
I’m following a 1,200 calorie diet and trying to use those ratios. I have 150 lbs. to lose. Please help.

I’ve never heard that percentage breakdown with such low fat. Is there a medical reason you need it that low?2
