Do soaked prunes block the absorption of nutrients or supplements when eaten at the same time? (E.g. omega-3, vitamin C, iron)

I haven't heard about this. Brassicas, nuts and many cereals have some antinutrient properties but it doesn't mean much in isolation. Where did you get the information about prunes having antinutrient properties? Mostly, the reaserch I can locate on prunes states that they may be good for osteoporosis:

Plums are in the same family as almonds which are known to have some antinutrient properties but that is the nut/kernal.0
