Hi There All,
So i know food is always measured in raw form if we want to count calories. Still i want to assure myself, for example: if i have 2 egg omelette in breakfast, then i should measure the egg in its raw form or after cooking. To further elloborate, 1 egg whole and 1 egg white, so should i measure the both eggs in their raw form (pre cook) or after cooking when its cooked as a omelette after adding veggies, salt/pepper etc. Please advise.

Log the egg raw, log all the other ingredients that you put into your omelette raw.2
