I am 58 years old.
I exercise periodically, I eat healthy, log my meals most of the time and even when I don’t I do not over do it. I am not a big eater, not fan of sweets. I believe my nutritional goals need to change, not sure to what “numbers” exactly. Currently it is as follows:
Calories 1,207
Carbohydrates 90 g 30%
Protein 105 g 35%
Fat 47 g 35%
It is impossible for me eat the whole 1,207 cals. Any advice
