I Have just signed up for a year. Tried to sync all my info from the Etekcity app to here but It does not come up as an option in the list on the scale app to select myfitnesspal

Anyone know why?

Etekcity is not one of our supported application partners, so it will not be possible for us to integrate with them. Please see our supported app partners here; https://www.myfitnesspal.com/en/apps

If it's not on the Apps page I linked (I checked and it isn't) then i'm afraid it's not supported.

When I click apps then it’s under featured apps?

Oh I see, you spelled it differently in your post so it didn't come up in search. So am I to understand that you're trying to sync info from an unsupported app (Etekcity) through Vesync, which is supported? If so, you are still out of luck, as it's not expected that unsupported app info would sync though one that is supported. For best results, you would want to link a supported app and have data sync directly from that into MFP.

Otherwise, if you need assistance linking to a supported partner app, please contact support for further assistance.

Etekcity is a brand that makes smarts devices (in my case, a smart scale). Their hardware only uses Vesync software. Vesync shows up on the possible connected apps in MFP, but MFP does not show up in Vesync's settings. However, both list Fitbit. Should it be possible to connect all three through Fitbit if MFP can't/won't connect to Vesync even those it indicates it can?

No. For best results, you would want to connect a tracking app directly to MyFitnessPal. Attempting to sync data by chaining supported apps is not recommended and in nearly all cases will not work.

Understood. Revisiting the original post's question then, has there been any fixes found for why MFP gives one the option to connect Vesync, but doesn't seem to complete the process?

To my knowledge, this is not on our radar. If you're having issues connecting a partner app, I would once again suggest contacting our support team for assistance.
