I went away for a while. Re-assessed and analyzed my methods, learned from mistakes and adjusted my ways for a new plan. But I'm back and would be happy to have some additional company. I think there is a lot of give and take and adjustment. For me it has rarely been straightforward, especially with health challenges to contend with.
edit: I have about 120lbs to lose. So I'm definitely here for those who have similar goals. But if you have more or less, that's also okay of course.
