Question for RD

I'm a 65 year Old female wanting to lose 10 lbs, 2 lbs. per week. I'm lightly active with walking and arm and some core weights but protecting a hip flexor injury. So, can you advise at what i set daily calorie intake? Thank you

With only 10lbs to lose, 2lbs per week is too fast.
Put your stats in MFP's guided set up, select to lose 1 lb per week MAXIMUM, and it will give you a calorie goal.3 -
What the person above said, speaking (myself) as a 66-year-old woman with osteoarthritis and a torn meniscus. It worked OK for me.
Also, I'm not sure the RD is reading all the questions that are separate posts, though us regular MFP users will try to help you with them.
