Sibo, fat loss and body recomp/reverse diet

Hey there! I've got SIBO, and have been following a low fodmap and keto diet recently. Trying to body recomp as well. Essentially am "skinny fat", so trying to lose fat and build muscle.

5'1", 109lbs, and currently gaining a little weight around 1600 calories a day. If I eat too much less. I end up binge eating in the middle of the night. Have two aerial fitness classes during the week, and do two strength training sessions. But am completely sedentary the rest of the time/have a computer job.

Struggling to lose fat and build muscle, especially with a limited diet and gut issues. Any advice?
