Weight Loss Plateau for three months!

Hello! I’m a 136 lbs, 5’2 young adult female. I’ve changed my entire lifestyle around for the past five months (I would say seven but I was pretty inconsistent when I first started off). I eat a lot healthier, workout 5 times a week for an hour and a half more or less, & track my calories. Additionally, I’ve upped my strength training routine and cut back a bit on cardio.
Since reaching 136 lbs I stopped losing weight on the scale; I know that progress pictures and measurements, as well as how my clothes fit are much better indicators of fat loss, but I just get so frustrated not seeing the numbers on the scale go down when I’m consistent and do everything I can to keep going.
I was recommended to up my calorie intake from 1,440 to 1,800, and I have been doing that for a week now- this week is #2, in which I have also been drinking a gallon of water a day and getting 8-9 hours of sleep, compared to drinking barely 2 cups of water a day and getting 5-6 hours a sleep.
I’m trying to have patience, however it’s come to the point of obsession and I don’t even know if I’m right to up my calorie intake, or if I’m not working out hard enough.
My stubborn areas of fat are definitely my side handles & my lower stomach…I would say it’s mostly visceral fat I struggle with at this point.
Please help?
