How healthy is an all fruit diet to lose weight and detox?

The only thing I agree with is that it's very unhealthy.
Not because fructose is bad or anything, but because a very one-sided diet will not give you the necessary nutrients. Your body needs protein and fats, which felt does not contain.
Detoxing is not a real thing by the way, that's what our kidneys and liver are for.
Even if you lose weight eating only fruit, what does that do long-term? You will go back to your 'normal' way of eating and gain back the lost weight.
Better to lose weight by making gradual and long-term changes to your diet, managing your calorie intake while eating a diet that you enjoy and is nutritious.1 -
