I can't lose weight 😩

I have tried the LadyBoss hand signal diet plan for 3 years and have lost no weight with healthy foods, their hand signal portions, exercising 5-7 days a week and drinking a gallon of water or more a day. I am 334 pounds and want to use macros and calories to lose weight. I am very overweight and it should fall off quickly at first, but previous attempts have gotten me nowhere. What percentage ratios would you recommend. And when it comes to carbs how much veggies vs grains. Thank you!

It doesn't matter what you eat for weightloss. Seriously, eat what you like in a macro split that makes you happy. It does sound easy, and it kind of is. Figuring out what makes you happy though can be trial and error. What is important for weight loss is eating less than your body needs.
I suggest you buy a digital food scale and weigh all the food you eat, all condiments, and measure all fluids that have calories. You could start with just thoroughly weighing and logging for a week just to see how much you really eat. Then reduce your calorie intake from there, using the same method.11
