Coming out of keto

I’ve been following the keto diet for 4 months. I’m scared to come out of it. What is the best way or is it safe to carry on eating a very low carb diet?

Sure keep on eating like this if you enjoy it. Carbohydrates convert to glycogen, which binds water. Thus eating more carbs again will lead to an increase in water weight gain. That's not fat, only water. Losing this water is also the reason why many people see a quick drop in weight when they start keto: they don't magically lose fat, but pee out water. When they stop the water comes back.1
