The last 2 times I have went to donate blood they've told me that my blood pressure is a little low. What can I do to fix that?
I also am slightly anemic, I don't eat red meat, but I eat chicken, turkey, eat a lot of spinach and try to take iron supplements. Is there anything else I can do to raise my iron?

How low is your blood pressure? As far as I know, it's not a health concern in itself, unless it causes you to black out or faint.
I have low blood pressure myself (often 90-105 systolic) and make sure to consume enough salt (I don't track it per se, but I put extra salt on my portions, seasoning more lightly for my BF who had high BP) and I occasionally take an electrolyte tablet after exercise. Otherwise I sometimes feel faint right after standing up quickly.0
