I've struggled with weight gain birth control although I eat clean and exercise. What can I do to combat this? I know it's from the low hormone birth control because when I go off it, I lose the weight again very quickly.
TIA!

What do you mean: You gain a certain amount of weight and then it levels out, or you continue gaining weight? There are different options: some hormones might make you more hungry, and hence you eat more. Or water weight gain. Some hormones cause this, and once you stop with the pill you lose this excess water again.0
