What is your particular brand of picky? Red meat, greens, breads and cereals made from enriched grains and flours, and legumes are generally good sources.1

My kids were picky eaters and I used to blend up the good stuff they wouldn't eat and blended into what they would eat. If you talk about yourself, tough love but get over that crap. Google high iron foods and incorporate them into your diet0

It's also important to know if you actually NEED to increase your iron intake. Most people who eat meat get enough. If you don't eat meat, you might want to be more mindful of including things like spinach, legumes, quinoa...you can google iron-rich foods.
But, please note that if you are using MFP to track your food, many of the user-entered database items do not include iron in their nutritional information, even on foods that contain plenty of it. So, many people look at their numbers and THINK they are lacking in iron intake when they are not.
Also, too much iron is definitely a bad thing and can cause health problems, so unless you have had blood work that shows an iron deficiency, you should never take an iron supplement.1
