I did Fitbody boot camp for almost 5 years but as you age you need a change.
Now doing pilates on a reformer at Club Pilates and absolutely love it. So does my back and joints!

My son talked me into trying Orangetheory and outside of spinning this is the most fun I’ve had working out. It’s been good for me, I’ve dropped 7 lbs and my energy level has increases.

Total loss for April One half pound. Today is the first day my ten-day average has been below 150 since December. That was just for a brief time; before that it hasn't been really below 150 since December 2020 when I was in the process of gaining my lockdown weight (starting September 2020). It's been a tough 15 or 18 months.

Yesterday was not that great of a dietary day but I am getting more steps in due to a kitchen reno. Food upstairs, dishes and silverware in my main floor master. Pots and pans on the console entertainment cent in LR. Microwave at the far end of LR. Coffee at the front door landing. Lots of back & forth for sure. Today’s meal will be carefully planned. Having guests for dinner so I am on top of meal planning today. Thankfully they are willing to put up with the kitchen inconveniences.

I've been suffering through a lot of anxiety and depression the last few years, and while I was at one point within just a few pounds of my goal weight, I've unfortunately had major setbacks, plus a pregnancy in there somewhere. Last week's loss is not as dramatic as it appears. My April 8 weight was an outlier 2 pound overnight gain after a night out at friend's for a social event. I was back down to my starting weight after a few days.5 -

I am fluctuating between 76-77 kgs since last month! But i put 77 kgs as my start weight!! I had a massive binge session few days ago as my shrink put me on mirtaz 15 mg. I immediately stopped taking it and got my prescription changed. I feel better today and my weight is 76 again5 -
