Lost my groove in March

Last month I lost my groove. Work got crazy. I continued to meal prep but kept night eating. I was up in the night due to stress and being out of routine. I miss February self.
My goals are to stick to my meals, workouts, yoga practice (this helped!) and really try hard not to night eat.
