Hi all! I'm Tony and I downloaded MFP 272 days ago, I was obese according to the BMI chart at 188.5, and I have lost 33 pounds at (155.5) and I'm now in the normal category of the BMI chart. I have 1.2 more pounds to go (154.3) and maintain it for at least two months to achieve my overall goal. I did it by walking/jogging, logging my food, and learning how to hit my macro targets while staying under calorie limit.
