Cannot insert photo from phone app

This has been going on for weeks. I thought it would have been fixed by now. It won’t let me ever upload any photos using the app. I have to do it from desktop computer or desktop mode on my phones browser.

Anyone else have this issue or is it just me?

    I cant upload images from my phone either. I’ve been able to before but starting a few weeks ago ish I started getting a failure to upload message. Frustrating
