F/21/6'1": Lifestyle change before/currents of lifting

I began to experiment in heavy weights just as of July. It's now been about 2 whole months of clean eating and lifting and I think I finally have something to show. I've really only lost between 5-7 pounds but weight is of no concern to me (158-152 lbs at 6'1"). Ultimately I'm continuing to work towards building my strength and lowering my body fat.
Let the journey continue!
Early July 2013: Torso (~158 lbs)
Early July 2013: Side/butt (~158 lbs)
August 28, 2013: Torso (~152 lbs)
August 28, 2013: Backside (~152 lbs)
August 28, 2013: Upperback (~152 lbs)

Nice work! What did you do to lift your butt? A lot of squats?0

Deadlifts (~115 lbs) and squats (~125 lbs) have probably done more for it than anything. I did a few isolation exercises like weighed barbell lunges and inclined bench press. Undies don't fit the same anymore.0 -
Great progress, and I hope you don't mind me being a little crude, but:
