I notice there are more apps added to link fit watches. Wondered if Veryfitpro could be added. I like this one and the watch was very reasonably priced.

    Maybe you'll get some enouragement from an MFP monitor. I got an inexpensive but "good enough" tracker (Blackview) last year before starting MFP, and noticed the tracker is not listed for direct MFP support. However both MFP and the associated Android app for the tracker support Google Fit - I haven't decided about experimenting with that, but might interest you if you have a working Google account and are willing to share data that way. (I've noticed a fair number of users here with mainstream trackers have their own share of trouble with the connections.)
