Rid of lower belly fat

Beside clean eating, what exercise is the best to help shape and flatten the lower belly? Incline treadmill, ab workout, or doing squats and such? I would love example of what I need to do. I only want to lose 10lbs, but I'd like my lower stomach to be flatter. Thanks in advance!

There have been numerous threads on the subject over the years. The only answer is a calorie deficit--clean eating does't count, plus exercising perferably lifting. 2 of the best threads on the subject are "So you want a nice stomach" and "Does this stomach make my uterus look fat"?1

I wasn't talking about the typo; but rather the inversion of stomach and uterus2 -

Maybe think of it as three separate issues?
Belly fat - is just fat, can't be targetted, exercising muscles in that area doesn't pull energy from nearby fat reserves. Your body will take it from wherever it chooses. With 10lbs to lose (can you visualise the size of 10lbs of butter or cheese?) some of that will naturally come from your belly area (the "rule" of first on, last off often applies).
The last 10lbs make a far bigger difference visually than the first 10lbs though. Nothing, nothing, nothing, a little, a lot!
Posture - no idea how good your posture is but slouching is becomming more and more common with sedentary and screen based lifestyles. You can address that separately but you might notice that well trained people tend to carry themselves better.
Muscles - dead bugs, stomach vacuums, Russian twists perhaps? What do you enjoy? Also make sure you are engaging your core during other exercise. There's plenty of people with good abs that never do abs specific training. Do be aware that it doesn't take much of a covering of fat to hide what's going on underneath4
