Help! Can't jog for 3 weeks as per the doc

Gah! Apparently old gymnastics injuries, poor stretching habits, and bad shoes have led to tendonitis and issues in my calf. The doc gave me some fancy equipment (a rubber band and a glorified rolling pin), stretching exercises, and a scar tissue scraping treatment. But I have to stay off jogging and walking for 3-4 weeks!! She said I could bike or elliptical but I have neither of those.
Cardio ideas please!

    I have a living room, furniture, resistance bands....that's it

    "Deck of Cards" workout, assign 1 exercise to each suit, for instance:

    hearts = push-ups (knee or whatever kind you do)
    diamonds = sit-ups or crunches
    spades = squats
    clubs = curls w/ your resistance bands

    Go through the whole deck and whatever card you draw, that's what you do - so a 9 of hearts is 9 push-ups. Gets your heart rate up and by the end you'll have done 104 of each exercise.

    Love this. I have an ankle injury torn atfl, I just walk can't imagine running with this ankle, but always like today every step I take hurts so this is awesome thank you
