I've done Keto before, but this time the itching has been driving me nuts. I noticed there are others here experiencing the same, so I thought I'd share what Dr Eric Berg says:

It's really interesting and it makes sense. It's really worth listening to if you are plagued with this itch, too. I'm going to be doing what he suggests.
