Hi everyone any ideas on healthy breakfast to keep full until lunchtime .

I actually have these for lunch sometimes since I do protein shake for breakfast but it keeps me full until dinner for sure. The full 1 cup of mix makes 6 pancakes, or 1/2 cup makes 3 & then I have some Two Good yogurt/ :ratio: protein yogurt (key lime is my fav) for that extra added protein on the side. I also add 1-2 tsp pure maple syrup to the batter instead of adding anything on top of them. Just an idea that's nice from switching it up but also keeps it easy.

5-6 oz of 0% Fage with 4-5 oz of fresh mango, pineapple or grapes. Also a cup or 2 of coffee with a half oz of half and half per cup. I’ve been skipping the half oz of Purely Elizabeth pumpkin cinnamon or vanilla almond butter granola lately. I just up the fruit. So 200-300 cals. My combos that I pick between usually 4-6 times as breakfast below.
