Have had some major health issues and 2 surgeries since first joining and have only lost 10 pounds. But I am feeling better now and ready to start again. I need simple things to make as I do not have the ability to cook much at this point. My strength and endurance are very low. Any tips and help would be appreciated.

Welcome back, tomorrow is always a new day. I find chicken (grilled or baked) to be a great protein that can be paired easily with so many things (salad, brown rice or quinoa, etc). Good luck!0
