Your Biggest Weakness, and Your Biggest Strength.

I have joined an Arthritis Swim class since I had my knee replaced 1 1/2 years ago. Our teacher always says things to encourage and motivate us to keep moving even when it gets tough.

Her latest motivation saying was this. Your biggest weakness is giving up. But do you know your biggest strength? It's giving it another try.

I've lost and gained weight so many times in my adult lifetime. I do have my weaknesses, but hearing my biggest strength is giving it another try, makes me look at this weight loss journey in a different way.

My hope is for anyone reading this, who feels like they've given up, is to give it another try. Sure, we all humans with weaknesses. But give it another try! You are stronger than you think!
