Oldie Newbie Here

Hi all,

Lost 24kgs with MFP 4 years ago and was over the moon.

I wasn't really worried about my goal weight, or weighing, as I was quite happy with my weight going 3kgs up or down constantly and kept it off all this time, and I loved the way I looked.

Little did I know: the weight has slowly started to creep back since I quit smoking in November 2021 - and I didn't have a clue until the weather got better and I found all my skinny clothing was so tight I couldn't fit into anymore!

Faced the music and got on the scales 2 days ago and was mortified to find I'd put on 10kgs. πŸ™ŠπŸ˜ΏπŸ™ˆπŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

So here I am again ...

I started again 2 days ago and already stuffed up chronically last night, so I thought maybe joining the community would keep me straight and narrow.
