Hello peeps.
Tried out MFP in 2017 and had some success. I lost about 30 lbs. I thought I knew better and stop tracking my meals. It was ok for a while until Covid better much disrupted everything.
Yeah, I know, join the club. Anyway, I put on some major poundage and now I am facing down diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, several deficiencies in vitamins and minerals and dyspepsia among other things.
I'm a mess. After, puttering around on my own for a bit, I logged back into MFP yesterday. I ready to make changes and have them sticks.
For all those out facing similar struggles or even worse, keep your head up. Today is opportunity to make a better tomorrow.
