Hi ๐Ÿ‘‹ I'm new here

Hi my name is Tiffany. While I'm new to MFP I'm not new to the tracking game.
I started on noom 3 and half years ago and have had successful weight loss following a mindset change and tracking my food.
Since the pandemic started I've gained a little weight back. It's been very frustrating to still be doing "the right things " staying very active while also eating within a range to loose weight. Everywhere I've turned to try and answer these questions has given me a whole lot of grey area non answers.

I'm looking for a positive community to help me redefine the path of a healthy lifestyle for my body and mind.

    Congratulations on your achievements so far!
    I have re-introduced myself here today after being absent for a long time and gaining weight back.
    Can I add you as a friend? Does it matter that I'm in the UK? (time differences etc?)

    Hi Tiffany, I wish you success in your goals. I just put this app back on my phone after a few years not tracking.
    I have a love hate relationship with tracking but I lost using it before so hopefully it will work again.
