Hello All, after losing 50 lbs pounds since Oct 2021 on a carnivore diet I'm looking to lose those last bits around the waist. I'm active walker at 10,000 steps a day and 3-5 days of resistance training. I did all this without tracking any macros with the exception of no carbs, fruits, vegetables or processed foods. I joined myfitness pal to hone in on my calories intake in trying to lose that last bit and hope to learn...
