Hey everyone, back on the weight lost wagon. I’m looking for some easy/good lunch meal preps to make for work every day. I can only eat rice and chicken for so long.

My lunch is typically leftovers from whatever I had for dinner the night before. If that is not an option I typically have a sandwich and a salad. This week will look something like this.
Monday Dinner - Baked Salmon with quinoa and garden salad (no leftovers)
Tuesday Lunch - Ham and smoked turkey and swiss sandwich on Dave's Killer 21 grain bread/Garden salad and Boars Head pickle.
Tuesday Dinner - Grilled Teriyaki chicken bowls (boneless/skinless thighs grilled and clevered, cabbage, carrots, broccoli) over white rice and additional teriyaki sauce.
Wed Lunch - Same
Wed Dinner - Blackened pan fried shrimp w/ quinoa and roasted asparagus
Thur Lunch - Sandwich w/ garden salad
Thur Dinner - Barbacoa tacos
Frid Lunch - same
I'm not real big on prepping stuff for an entire week. I have a thing with leftovers...I won't really eat them after about 48 hours...72 for some things. There is an entire world out there besides chicken and rice.
