Exercising a lot and feel like I'm starving

I'm having trouble staying under calories. I always do well until after my exercise class and then I do nuts!

Also, I am trying to reduce body fat, but my scale says my body fat percentage has gone up. Plus, I just took a recent picture to compare from June until now and I'm not seeing a huge difference. I think any difference I can see may just be because I got tan this summer.

It's discouraging to work out so much and not see results. My schedule looks like this:

Monday: Mixxed Fit class
Tuesday: Barre 3 class and Zombie 5k training
Wednesday: Optional rest day, 30 day shred or strength training
Thursday: Barre 3 class and Zombie 5k training
Friday: Zumba
Saturday: Zombie 5k training, sometimes gardening,(average once a month heavy weeding) sometimes a hike(average once a month 7 miles or so)
Sunday: Optional rest day, 30 day shred or strength training, sometimes a hike

I will also be adding a horseback riding lesson to this starting in September.

What should I add/change for better results? Also... Why am I SO hungry all the time?

I'm sometimes over by a little over 1000 calories. They have me set at 1220. I have been known to eat 2300 calories a couple of times a week....eating back all exercise calories plus 700 more.

Took off exercise last Wednesday-Saturday because of "lady issues" and I actually dropped a pound for the first time in a long time.

I'm super confused.

    What's your BMR?
1220 cals is low, especially with all that exercise. You should be eating more and the fact you're always hungry is telling you that.

Most websites say it's between 1350-1450... Certainly not 2300. I'm short 5'4" and I don't have much to lose.

You need to be eating at least your BMR and then more on your exercise days. If you imagine you burn 2000cals a day being active then add your exercise calories to that, say that comes to 2400, you need to be eating 500 cals under that for a 1lb weight loss. So then you'd aim for 1800 -1900cals a day (just an example)
The fact you lost when you didn't exercise means you ate enough those days to help your weight loss.

set MFP to lose 1/2lb per week, which should give you more than 1200 and eat back exercise cals. yo udont need a massive deficit to lose bodyfat.
