Morning weight different from evening weight

Hello all,
This morning, I thought I finally kicked the plateau with a 5lb weight loss. But this evening, boom! I am 5lbs up again.
Any ideas? Suggestions? Help?

You've been eating and drinking throughout the day. You need to drink water, stay within your calories, go to bed, get up, and then weigh yourself tomorrow after sleeping. I'd suggest only weighing yourself one time per day at most, at the same time with the same apparel on. I do it right away in the am, naked, before my shower. If I weighed myself right now, I'd be 5 lbs heavier than this morning too.7
