Hi everyone! I'm Greg from Windsor Ontario. I'm currently down 31.4 pounds since the end of February. Started at 388.6 and am currently at 357.2. I would like to get down to 250 pounds. Im 6"6 so that would be a good weight for me.I use the app all the time. I swim laps 4-5 days a week at our local poor and ride my exercise bike 1-2 times a week. I feel like I have a lot of momentum right now. The pool staying open is such a big thing for me. Anyways, nice to meet you all.
