Anyone having Abilify & Prozac for recurrent depression with delusions?

I relapsed twice after stopping my medicines and I’m back on them. The Doctor suggested having abilify only on long term or for life to prevent relapse. Anyone else following the same protocol? What is your experience?

Im currently on 10mg Prozac and 2mg Abilify, lowest dose. The medicines are causing slight anxiety and severe akathisia because of which I eat lesser than usual and has lost some weight.

She is planing to maintain me on 2mg Abilify from next month.

A major concern for me is pregnancy while on the med. Anyone had successful pregnancy while having Abilify throughout? I’m also worrying whether I’ll relapse on 2mg as well because I seem to have lost hope & confidence going through this. It was an unexpected turn in life. This illness is also difficult for me and people around me.
