    @Lynn__W I can't take credit for the post but I'm glad it's here. I'm probably pushing myself with the 10 pound increments :) My goal is to stick to my fasting schedule that way I'll be close to my monthly goals. Good luck to you

    Hi. I've been yo-yoing the same 4lbs for nearly a year ( wt was 6lb lower last August but it has crept back). I've allowed myself to drift away from exercising, haven't been food journaling beyond 2pm each day, and evening snacking is a huge issue for me. I'm 75 years old and beginning to feel some arthritic issues so I don't have forever to reach my ultimate goal of getting 20# off … addendum: Aug 3rd, better get my butt in gear!

    Aug 3: 165. Oh oh, really sticking at this weight. Next Wed has got to be less! Blood sugar is okay at 6 ( 108); but have to break free of this 165 plateau.
